Our Travels We bought an RV! February 21st, 2008 We are purchasing a brand new 2008 Iasca Navion 24H from Watt’s RV in Kent, Washington, about 30 miles south of our home in Seattle. This is a Winnebago brand Class C Motorhome, 24′ 6″ long, built on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis with a 6 cylinder Mercedes diesel engine. We will pick it up on Tuesday afternoon, February 26. Following our retirement in 1997 we have completed 5 years of sailing on Alcyone from Seattle to Florida and 5 years of travels in Europe on our river/canal boat Fiesta. We also made short trips to Mexico by air. These are documented on the website www.shannon-garvey.com . We are now in the process of buying a small RV so that we can visit our own country, the USA.
